SEXOLOGY

WE TREAT sexological and personal relationship problems in an effective, fast and economical way, and with one of the methodologies with the most scientific evidence in the field of sexology.

We make a personalised diagnosis and treatment of sexual dysfunctions and other sexological problems in both men and women, trying to understand human sexuality in all its complexity. We know that a healthy and pleasurable sexual life does not exclude the existence of problems, but it does exclude the dramatised and unrealistic reaction to them. While some people prefer to ignore them, others may try to integrate or use these problems as a challenge to get to know their functioning better as well as to discover new erotic resources and suggestions to enjoy their sexuality more.

With a cognitive-behavioural orientation, the main intervention technique applied is the Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT)founded by Dr. Albert Ellis in 1955, which is characterised by its high effectiveness and short duration (between 3 and 6 months of treatment approximately), equivalent to 10-20 sessions, with notable improvements in the first five sessions.

What we do at TREC Psychology is a first assessment session, where you explain the sexual problem or the reason for your consultation, and we evaluate its possible causes and solutions. After the first visit, we schedule the following sessions and provide you with a personalised treatment. The sessions are every week or fortnight.

The therapies can be carried out in individual or couple format, and we treat all types of sexological problems in a brief, in-depth and effective manner.
