DELAYED EJACULATION
- Persistent or recurrent absence or delay of ejaculation after a phase of normal sexual arousal. If ejaculation is finally achieved, it requires a long effort and time.
- It usually occurs during the course of sexual intercourse and there are usually no erection problems.
- In most cases, ejaculatory inhibition only occurs during penetration. These people usually have no problem ejaculating during masturbation alone or with a partner.
- They often cause significant distress to the sufferer and a deterioration in relationships.
Inhibition of ejaculation can be a cause of intense sexual pleasure, as it can prolong sexual intercourse for a long time. However, over time it becomes a problem for both partners.
On the one hand, the partner may react badly and doubt your attractiveness or sexual enjoyment; on the other hand, it may be uncomfortable since your sexual functioning does not require so much time.
Also, this problem is often worsened when they intend to look for children. When the pressure builds up, the problem gets worse.
And finally, anxiety grows in the person when they are going to have sex for fear of not finishing and may lead them to avoid sexual contact.
